For customers and members required to enroll online, C3’s online Enrollment Application is transmitted via secured server for safe transmission of all personal information and check or credit card data. The personal information you provide including your credit-card number or personal checking account is protected by encryption, so it cannot be read as it is transmitted over the Internet.

Only those staff members who need access to the information you submit have this information available to them. Only staff responsible for your application and the information systems staff responsible for maintaining this website may view this information. C3 enforces strict privacy, confidentiality and security procedures in its operations and on its website as well as with our staff in order to maintain all members’ privacy.
